I would share with my best friend
I would give the money to my husband (a retired special needs teacher) who has recently started a new small recycling/shredding business that hires his former students and other developmentally delayed adults in our small town. His business is a blessing not only to his employers and our town, but especially himself. He needs the extra money to help pay his start up expenses – a truck, shredding machine, insurance,rent, etc. Thanks.
I have a good friend and neighbor who is going thru a really tough time right now. Her mom was diagnosed with ALS 8 months ago and is already hospice ready. She’s dealing with that, her 4 kids under 9, her business, her house, her laundry, groceries, and so much more! I don’t know how she’s handling it all, but I think a pair of Toms would make her day a bit brighter!
