MyThoughts on DedeMed’s Mediterranean Spices
Iloving cook new and different foods for my family. I like toexperiment and love to introduce new cultures into my prepareddinners.
RecentlyI was able to prepare a meal using a Dede Mediterranean Spice. Ichoose the Kefta Spice because my family eats a lot of ground meat. Iknew that this spice would be a welcome addition to the hamburger andmeatloaf that I prepare monthly!
TheKefta Spice is made up of Garlic, Spices, Onion, and Salt. The firsttime that I tried this I was not in much of a cooking mood. To behonest I had been very sick all day but knew that I still needed toprepare something for my family. Knowing that I had the Kefta Spice Idecided to fry up some ground hamburger for dinner and add the Spice.I also added a can of tomatoes and that was it! Dinner was served. Ilove the abundant flavor that burst from my simple meal. There wereliterally three ingredients and it was still amazing! I can’t waitfor my sickness to go away so that I may have more energy. DedeMed’shas MANY wonderful looking recipes that I can’t wait to try!
