I am trying to teach my daughter the concept of money while she is young. I want her to understand that we should save and donate money as well as budgeting our spending. I am so happy that I have the money savvy pig in my life. My daughter and I were able to sit down together and talk about the proper way to separate her money.
The money savvy pig has different compartments for save, spend, donate, and invest. It makes separating your money fast and easy. That way if we are headed to the bank it is easy to open the save compartment and take out what we need and nothing more or less. There is also a booklet with the money savvy pig that talks about what each category means and what a loan is etc….
I know that if I teach my daughter about spending habits as a young child then she will gave a better concept of money when she is older!
