YoCrunch Review and Giveaway!CLOSED

We eat a lot of yogurt at my house. I mean A LOT. My daughter eats yogurt every day for breakfast! It is her favorite thing in the world! That is why I was excited when I got the chance to review Breyers New YoCrunch 100 Calorie Packs!

Some Facts you might like to know:

• YoCrunch® 100 Calorie Packs are the first yogurt products to be naturally sweetened with Truvia™ rebiana.

• YoCrunch® 100 Calorie Packs are the only calorie-controlled yogurt products that are naturally sweetened, providing all the taste of full-calorie low-fat yogurt but without all the calories and sugar.

• Made with no artificial sweeteners, YoCrunch® 100 Calorie Packs have added Vitamin A and D, and are a good source of calcium and protein.

My Thoughts
I loved it! I enjoy plain vanilla yogurt anyway; so when you add in something like Cookies then it’s a winner in my eyes! I also love that it is only 100 Calorie’s!! Not that it makes much of a difference to my 4 year old what the calorie intake is…but it matters to me!
My Daughters Thoughts
I pulled a yogurt out of the fridge and my daughter started rubbing her tummy. I opened it up and started to put the cookies in the vanilla. She looked at me with her big eyes and said “Is that cookies?” Needless to say she loved it as well! I know that Breyers YoCrunch Yogurt will become a staple in my house from now on!

  1. I try to cut sugar out of my kids, and our, diet by always having low-sugar snacks readily available. Fresh fruit and veggies are the easiest, but I also make sugar-free Jell-o (I do add in some sugar, but not as much as in the regular box) regularly and buy no sugar added ice cream.

  2. Our daughter is still young, but we're already aware of reading the lables and comparing as far as lower sugar content goes. Every little bit adds up to make a big difference!

  3. We are eating cereals like Honey Nut cheerios and homemade granola for breakfast, more fruit and finding more sugar-free, healthy choices (see my blog for some examples), plus I cook from stratch, and try to use very little sugar! And we plan to grow another garden this year!

I use honey as a sweetener in my baked goods, and I just plain avoid buying sweet junk food.

  5. I've been focusing on keeping alot of the sugar in their diet as natural(fruits and veggies) rather than processed.

  6. I'd like to try the cheesecake yogurt. We love cheesecake for special occasions.

  7. I would loooooove to try the vanilla with Reeses Pieces! Candy in yogurt? How could you go wrong!? The healthiness of the yogurt cancels out the candy, right? 🙂

  8. Would love to try the blueberry with granola. Thanks for doing the giveaway!

  10. I don't buy many "sweet treats" — My kids are too young to buy their own, so they don't really miss them.

  11. I have been trying to curb my son's "treats" away from junk and more toward natural treats…like fruit. It doesn't necessarily cut out sugar, but it uses natural sugars instead to satisfy that sweet craving.

  12. We've been trying to eat more natural foods. It's amazing how when you try to eat more natural how much healthier it is for you also.
